Payment Management

The Ekmekçioğulları Group is based on a payment system based on the performance and evaluation of the works done, independent from the title and function. The goal is to set the total incomes of the the employees in a competitive and equal way regarding the actual payment situation. Additionally, there is a Payment System where the performance is rewarded.

The payment policies are determined in a supporting way of the competitivity of the company and the payment levels to the employeesare determined based on their responsibilities and performances.
