The targets expected from the employees within a year are determined at the beginning of the year in the Target Setting Meeting between the employee and the manager. The realizations within those targets are monitored in month/three month/six months/year-periods and measures are taken if needed. At the end of the year, the grade of reaching the targets is reported.
With all these evaluating results, the manager and the employee meet for a Performance Evaluation Meeting where they determine how to improve the performance and of the employee himself. The improvement plans are registered electronically.
